• Podcast guest information – where you appear on, or apply to appear on, the podcast: your name, contact details, biography and the content of your recorded contribution.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Our work with young people takes place through schools and education settings, which manage consent and safeguarding arrangements.

• To produce and publish podcast episodes featuring guests – consent, and performance of our agreement with the guest.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

 

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run PRM – such as our website host, email provider and podcast hosting platform – under agreements that protect your information, and where required by law. Podcast episodes, once published with a guest's consent, are publicly available on the platforms where the podcast is distributed.

 

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to [2 years], booking and partnership records for [6 years] (to meet accounting and legal obligations), newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and published podcast content for as long as the episode remains available. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

 

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is our lawful basis.
